In this episode we cover:

- Knowing what support looks like for you

- Learning to asking for help and also accepting help

- Allowing yourself to receive- Honouring our body

- Being willing to change and being ready to change

- Knowing when to work and and knowing when to rest

- Being flexible in our lives

- How sometimes we attach fear to trying new things and changing

- Having patience for ourselves Affirmations for this episode:

- It's safe to be helped

- I let go of anger, blame and self criticism

- I'm satisfied with the way I look, how much I weigh, my body type and I'm grateful for my unique beauty

- I release from my body any remaining traces of low vibration, emotions, hate and disgust so my actions which mirror my subconscious belief patterns are congruent with my new respectful thinking

- I am part of the limitless supply found in nature giving freely of what I have to spare always having more than I need and grateful for my surpluses

- I replenish my body when I'm in need of cheer and become courageous, calm and flexible balancing my work and rest cycle

- I am faith filled making wise and successful decisions knowing that things are always going fine for me

- While recognising the importance of work, duty and responsibility I keep a balance in my life with other more carefree activities and release myself from being overburdened by responsibilities by asking others for help

- Even though my meekness is attractive to all whom I serve and bring joy to I know how to take care of myself and find true meaning in my life

- I'm worthy of my own support

- I'm worthy of other's support

- Why am I so supported in all that I do?

- Other's are ok with my feelings

Tanya
